Ecuador 2023

Imagine yourself waking to the sound of sweet birds. Would you like to spend a week in the Andes Mountains in Ecuador? We will be hosting a Enneagram Yoga retreat at the lovely remote Hacienda Chachimbiro with its natural spring pools, delicious and nutritious meals, and massage and reiki available daily. We will be slowing down the pace, simplifying our existence, and synchronizing with the environment.

The daily schedule will consist of morning and evening yoga and meditation with a mid-morning and early evening training on thinking, feeling, and doing in regard to your Enneagram number. With plenty of mid-day time to soak in the natural springs, take rests, read, walk, and contemplate, you are sure to connect with yourself, your environment and with others.
