Laura Abbott Coan is a certified Yoga Therapist who loves the healing art of Yoga to support REAL life. Laura received her training from Gary Kraftsow, American Viniyoga. She worked in a collaborative counseling practice for 7 years where she gained experience in collaborating with licensed professional counselors using Yoga and talk therapy to support mental health, as well as creating a curriculum for psychotherapeutic Yoga training. During this time, she studied the Enneagram and believes the combination of Yoga and Enneagram is a powerful way to create transformation. REAL life can be hard and Yoga and Enneagram can help build resiliency, nourish and support you no matter where you are.
She is passionate about teaching Yoga as a lifestyle not an exercise regime. Her mentorship program helps students of Yoga connect more deeply to the foundation, philosophy, and practices that make things happen! There is definitely a little magic that happens personally when you study with her!
Creating sacred space during retreats is one of Laura’s gifts. She has found retreats to be an integral part of her own journey that clears her head and connects her to her own true nature where wisdom, love and joy reside. There’s just something so special about being surrounded by community and using that pulsation to dig deep and arrive on the other side!

With 35 years under her belt as a psychotherapist, Jennifer has a plethora of trainings and specialties including being a Mindful and Meditation teacher, trainer and practitioner, an Enneagram Coach, and a trained psychotherapeutic yoga and EMDR therapist.
Jennifer received mindfulness training from the Institute of Mindfulness and Psychotherapy and currently leads groups and workshops throughout the year while also incorporating these practices into her work with clients. Having practiced these principles in her own life, Jennifer has first hand experience in finding true peace within herself and she wants others to know that this is accessible and possible for everyone.
Another helpful tool, that compliments meditation and mindfulness, is the spiritual understanding of human nature called the Enneagram. Utilizing this profound personality tool we see clearly why we do the things we do, why we behave the way we behave and why we think the way we think. Offering a way through the things that hold us back and pointing us in the direction of how to be our best self, the enneagram offers a road map to guide our journey. Currently, Jennifer offers workshops, online videos, training and individual coaching, where she and her awesome partner, Laura Coan, combines teaching the enneagram while coupling it with yoga body movements. In this way the enneagram is learned intellectually and somatically.
